Responsibilities Administer first aid medications to employees Assess and determine employees’ health status before or after an illness or absence and issue necessary recommendations/confirmations (leave form, medical clearance) Assist HR and Operations in delivering necessary health care services and refer patients for proper case management or for availing HMO services Dispense OTC medicines and issue prescriptions within allowable authorization limits Engage in health employment screening and participate in health maintenance examinations (pre‑employment, new hires, regularization and annual physical examinations) Implement wellness program, immunization and other health programs in coordination with other departments/division Maintain employees’ records of sick leaves, medical certificates, health records and other relevant records with confidentiality Manage clinic resources including medical supplies and maintain clinic equipment, material supplies, protective devices in good condition Provide individual counseling sessions to employees on health care and maintenance based on health screening and health promotion activities, family planning, exercise and nutrition Carry out a wide range of occupational hygiene inspections within office premises Orient newly hired/regularized employees on health benefits Provide training and orientation to security guards on basic first aid procedures Coordinate with concerned departments and hospitals on work‑related accidents and emergency situations Prepare and submit health and occupational reports required by local agencies Job Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate Willing to do field work Willing to work onsite at Mandaluyong City At least 2 years of relevant experience Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Health Care Provider Industries Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
