About the role At Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc., we are seeking a skilled QA Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a QA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our healthcare BPO services, with a focus on UMR (Utilization Management Review) and PHRN (Pre-Authorisation Review Nurse) processes. This full-time position is based in Taguig City Metro Manila. What you’ll be doing Performing thorough quality assurance checks on UMR and PHRN processes to identify and address any issues or discrepancies Collaborating with the operations team to develop and implement quality control measures and best practices Providing feedback and recommendations to improve process efficiency and accuracy Conducting regular audits and generating detailed reports to track quality metrics and trends Delivering training and coaching to team members to uphold quality standards Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and requirements to ensure compliance Escalating critical issues to management and working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve them What we’re looking for Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within the healthcare industry Strong understanding of UMR and PHRN processes and quality control best practices Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues Proficiency in data analysis and report generation Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements What we offer At Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc., we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
