Philippine In-Country Recruiter at Wimmer Solutions Job Summary: As a GIS Data Entry Clerk , you will develop new skills, work in a safety-minded environment, and join us in expanding technology for a better community. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret a fiber-to-the-home design. Enter and update data across multiple layers and fields. Cross-reference to other systems/files for accuracy and consistency. Troubleshoot and resolve missing or incorrect data. Identify errors in expressions/scripts. Work directly with the office staff (Regional Management, project managers, accounting) and assist with multiple and varied tasks. Keep all office documents filed (paper/electronically), organized, and maintained. Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management. Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications 3 years of reading and interpreting a fiber-to-the-home design. 3+ years of experience using GIS software, preferably QGIS. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with proven problem-solving ability, self-motivation, and team building capabilities with the ability to negotiate and motivate others. Proven ability to communicate effectively with team members and project managers. Experience in implementing quality assurance practices to ensure that quality is maintained and a consistent product is delivered. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Can perform accurate computations and verification of data. Able to prepare basic reports. Able to use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related software applications.
