What you will do
  • Responsible for reviewing final Solution Proposal and converting it into a Detailed Technical Design Specification that contains complete software functionalities, project deliverables and acceptance criteria.
  • Execute solution engineering processes and ensure development and configuration align with project plans, budget and customer expectations.
  • Utilize Standard Solution Template as the base for solution configuration and tailor it to the Detailed Technical Design Specification.
  • Perform in house testing of the configured solution and escalate out of scope requests for approval.
  • Deliver solutions, conduct SAT, trainings and support go live.
  • Support and escalate issues encountered during installation, FAT and SAT.
  • Handover projects to Global Helpdesk team.

What you need to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development lifecycle and project delivery
  • Experience configuring PC-based software solutions, testing, installing and validating performance against project deliverables
  • Proficiency in .NET languages (including VB.NET) and relational databases (MS SQL)
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and professional interaction with stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment and learn quickly
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain automation is a plus
