Mid-Senior Full Stack Engineer (PH-based)

We are hiring for the Mid-Senior Full Stack Engineer (PH-based) role at MEDDICC. This is a remote position based in the Philippines within the Engineering Team.

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python/Django - React/Next.js) to join our team in the Philippines. You will work on our Backend API in Django and Frontend React application, implementing features that drive real impact. You will be part of a team that loves building exceptional products and solving complex challenges.

What you’ll do
  • Design and develop complex features
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
  • Lead/participate in technical discussions and code reviews
  • Mentor junior developers
  • Participate in architectural decisions
  • Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices
  • Take ownership of critical technical components
  • Identify and resolve complex system issues
  • Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies
  • Optimize application performance and scalability
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Balance technical debt with feature delivery
  • Contribute to technical documentation
  • Support recruitment and technical interviews
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • Strong experience with React and Next.js
  • Strong experience with Python / Django
  • Experience with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
  • Experience with unit testing and continuous integration
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience working on applications that communicate with an API
  • Experience within an Agile software development team (SCRUM)
  • Required: Must be legally residing in the Philippines for the duration of employment
