Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging online English lessons to students of varying ages and proficiency levels. Develop personalized lesson plans and teaching materials based on student needs and learning goals. Provide constructive feedback on students’ assignments, speaking, and writing skills. Facilitate interactive learning through discussions, activities, and multimedia tools. Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods to improve learning outcomes. Foster a positive and supportive virtual classroom environment. Stay updated on teaching techniques, tools, and trends in online education. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, education, or a related field. TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or other teaching certification (preferred). Previous teaching experience, especially online, is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong technical skills and familiarity with online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom). Reliable internet connection and suitable teaching setup (camera, headset, etc.).
