• Responsible for providing courteous and friendly service to all guests particularly at the Hotel Main Lobby, VIP Lobby, Reception Area
  
• Anticipates traffic in all entrances and obtains specific instructions from superior regarding scheduled arrivals and departures as well as functions and events
  
• Gives pertinent information to arriving guests
  
• Provides guest information such as directions, functions/events, scheduled attractions, etc.
  
• Greets guests when entering or leaving the property
  
• Gives instructions and directions to taxi drivers as requested by guests
  
• Coordinates with Concierge should there be a need to assist guests with their luggage or transportation requirements
  
• Observes strict Lobby decorum
  

• Preferably with modelling/ushering experience
  
• At least College level
  
• Knowledgeable in Hotel facilities and services
  
• Customer-oriented
  
• Pleasing and charming personality
  
• Good command of the English language; knowledge in another foreign language is an advantage
  
• Must be at least 5'8" in height, excellent body proportion and good posture
