We are looking for an experienced Senior Endpoint Management Engineer to support and manage endpoint technologies across a global manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft endpoint management expertise, preferably combined with manufacturing industry experience. This role requires a hands‑on problem solver who is comfortable working across diverse IT environments, taking ownership of technical challenges, and improving processes where established standards may be limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full endpoint lifecycle, including deployment, Windows imaging, configuration, upgrades, patching, and inventory management.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune and other Microsoft endpoint management technologies.
- Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Windows 10/11 lifecycle management.
- Manage workstation patching and contribute to server patching activities where required.
- Support a diverse technology landscape, including manufacturing shop floors, office environments, shipping stations, workstations, and label printers.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint and infrastructure issues, taking ownership from identification through resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve endpoint management processes, standards, and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with global IT teams and contribute to building and developing team capabilities.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Significant senior‑level experience in Endpoint Management or Endpoint Engineering.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Intune and endpoint technologies.
- Experience with MDM, Windows imaging, deployment, and Windows 10/11 upgrades.
- Solid knowledge of endpoint lifecycle, inventory, and patch management.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Broad technical knowledge and experience working across different IT environments and technologies.
- Comfortable operating in environments with limited processes and established standards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience with Tanium and/or SCCM.
- Broader System Administration experience, including server patching.
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell and/or Python).
- Experience supporting global enterprise environments.
We are particularly interested in candidates from mid‑sized manufacturing companies who have worn multiple hats and developed broad technical expertise.
The ideal person is practical, hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable building solutions without relying on predefined processes. They should also be confident taking ownership during major incidents, leading troubleshooting efforts, and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
Working Model
- Possibility to work fully remotely
- Availability until 5:00-6:00 PM CET / 12:00-1:00 AM in the Philippines
- Occasional participation in meetings aligned with US time zones
- Close collaboration with international teams based in New York and St. Louis
