Role Overview We’re looking for a confident, friendly, and results-driven Appointment Setter & Administrative Virtual Assistant to connect with interested prospects and turn conversations into booked meetings. You’ll engage homeowners who have already expressed interest in our construction services, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments with our specialists. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, works well under pressure, and thrives on hitting targets. Key Responsibilities Call warm leads promptly after submission to maximize booking rates. Follow proven scripts to qualify prospects and schedule appointments. Maintain accurate notes and records in the CRM. Make light cold calls during slower periods to boost pipeline activity. Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment targets. Communicate clearly and professionally with every prospect. Mandatory Skills Fluent, clear, and confident English communication. Prior experience in appointment setting, phone sales, or telemarketing. Reliable work ethic with consistent attendance and performance. Professional and friendly phone demeanor. Stable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls. Preferred Skills Experience working with U.S.-based clients. Background in construction or home services industries.
