Join Us as an SAP FICO Analyst – Level 2 We’re seeking a skilled SAP FICO Analyst (Level 2) to provide functional support within the Finance & Controlling (FICO) module of global SAP systems. What You’ll Do Provide day‑to‑day Level 2 support for SAP Finance & Controlling users worldwide Diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently while meeting SLA targets Identify and design system enhancements, ensuring full documentation Deliver user training on SAP processes and maintain process documentation Partner with functional, security, transition, and project teams to deliver effective solutions Ensure compliance with Change Management, SOX, ITIL, and CSV standards What We’re Looking For 3–5 years’ SAP FICO support experience (with configuration knowledge) Strong understanding of SAP ECC6, FICO processes, Lockbox & Electronic Banking Knowledge of VAT & Tax reporting; exposure to MM, WM, IM, or SD a plus Experience in ITIL‑based environments & tools like ServiceNow Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills Flexibility to support shifts and on‑call requirements for high‑priority issues Why Join Us?
