1. Conduct store visits according to the monthly itinerary/ schedule submitted at the beginning of each month.
2. Responsible for the monitoring of stock leveling and preparation for stock replenishment per outlet/branch.
3. Responsible for collecting up-to-date information on the status of orders from various outlets/ branches and several sales attained.
4. Keeps accurate records of monthly and annual sales figures. Analyze and recommend to Management the viability of the Outlet/ Dealer.
5. Supervision of Sales Representatives, ensuring the performance of the staff and searching for ways to enhance performance and productivity.
6. Liaise between other departments and the client about sales, promotions, discounts, stock inventory, pull-out, and other sales development.
7. Work in conjunction with the HR and Admin department on the deployment, transfers, disciplinary actions, and other personnel actions or movement as may be required.
8. Conduct and preside monthly office day meetings with the team (Sales Reps) to assess the progress of the assigned area and outline any developed strategies to improve.
9. Perform others tasks that may be assigned or required by the management from time to time.
