About the role
Responsible for overseeing daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient workflow, excellent customer service, and compliance with company policies and operational standards. The role supports the store manager by supervising store personnel, maintaining product quality, and ensuring the achievement of operational and sales objectives.
Key responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of the assigned store or shift to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of store personnel to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and maintaining a positive dining experience
Monitor sales, inventory, product quality, cleanliness and store presentation throughout the shift
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, sanitation, and health and safety standards
Coordinate with the store manager regarding manpower, inventory, maintenance, and operational requirements
Prepare shift reports, monitor attendance and report operational issues or incidents to management
Assist in training newly hired employees and support the implementation of operational improvements
Perform other duties that may be assigned by the company and/or client
About you
College graduate or at least 2 years of college education, degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
1-2 years supervisory experience
Strong leadership and customer service
Knowledge of restaurant operations
Good communication
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
