Job Title: Marketing Designer
Location: hybrid in Malta or fully remote from Europe/Asia
Reporting to Lead Product Designer

The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to join our team. You will play a key role in crafting compelling visual assets for campaigns across digital channels. Working closely with the Marketing and Product teams, you will ensure our messaging is visually striking and aligns with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality marketing visuals (banners, ads, email templates, and social media assets)aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Create onsite, CRM, and offsite promotional materials with consistent branding.
  • Develop reusable design templates for efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams to ensure visuals align with campaign goals and messaging.
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines while optimising for engagement.
  • Implement programmatic and HTML-based banners for automation and personalisation.
  • Adapt and optimise designs for multiple platforms, including web and mobile.
  • Create and animate HTML5 banners using tools like Google Web Designer or Adobe Animate, ensuring compatibility across platforms and ad networks.
  • Stay updated on design trends and innovations relevant to the iGaming sector.


What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer, with experience in the iGaming industry .
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong experience with Figma for collaborative design and prototyping.
  • Strong understanding of typography and creating promotional materials.
  • Portfolio includes various marketing campaigns and creative projects.
  • Knowledge of digital design for web, social media, and email.
  • Designed programmatic and HTML-based banners.
  • Familiar with basic HTML for email templates.
  • Good understanding of brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into engaging visuals.
  • Solid marketing knowledge , especially in audience targeting.
