Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility
Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing operations
• 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing or production setting
• Observe and adhere to safety regulations and company Code of Discipline
• Strong Communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and quality assurance
• Having knowledge of steel roofing and wall cladding systems is an advantage
• Residing in Bulacan or nearby areas
