Contract: 15 Months Initially (Highly Likely to be Extended) Locations: Manila and Cebu About the role We are looking for an experienced NGFW Engineer with hands‑on expertise in Palo Alto Networks Next‑Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and Prisma Access solutions. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced network security infrastructures for large‑scale environments. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and support Palo Alto Networks NGFW and Prisma Access solutions. Lead and manage security initiatives within complex enterprise environments. Diagnose and resolve complex networking and security issues across multi‑platform infrastructures. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with security best practices and business goals. Provide technical guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to peers and clients. Stay current with emerging security threats, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications Proven experience with Palo Alto Networks NGFW and Prisma Access technologies. Strong background in network security architecture and solution leadership within large environments. Deep understanding of security threats, internet protocols, and applications. Hands‑on expertise in installation, configuration, and operation of high‑end firewall appliances (preferably Palo Alto Networks products). Solid TCP/IP networking skills and troubleshooting experience. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and local language).
