Overview Analyze and reconcile fish inventory movements from Cold Storage to Production based on receipts, contracts, and production highlights. Prepare balance sheet schedules and inventory/purchase listings in line with the monthly Finance Scorecard. Generate and analyze monthly Direct Labor Reports and ensure timely submission before closing. Conduct quarterly physical fish counts and reconcile results against ERP data. Analyze and report on monthly Frozen Loins valuation and other fish-related cost reports as required. Responsibilities Analyze and reconcile fish inventory movements from Cold Storage to Production based on receipts, contracts, and production highlights. Prepare accurate balance sheet schedules and inventory/purchase listings in line with monthly Finance Scorecard. Generate and analyze monthly Direct Labor Reports, ensuring timely submission before closing. Conduct quarterly (or as needed) physical fish counts and reconcile results against ERP data. Analyze and report on monthly Frozen Loins valuation and other fish-related cost reports as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA is an advantage. At least 2–3 years of experience in inventory accounting, cost analysis, or manufacturing finance. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; familiarity with inventory modules is a plus. Good organizational and reporting skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple reports.
