Location: Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines

Context: The BIM Coordinator will be in charge of maintenance of BIM models and collaboration with other departments involved.

Responsibilities
  • Model Management & Collaboration
    • Maintaining & managing BIM models, ensure they are up to date & accurate.
    • Facilitate communication & collaboration between different project teams.
    • Managing the BIM Execution Plan & ensuring team adherence to it.
    • Coordinating the integration of models from different disciplines.
  • Clash Detection & Resolution
    • Performing clash detection to identify potential conflicts between different models.
    • Coordinating the resolution of clashes & design issues.
  • Quality Assurance & Control
    • Performing quality checks on BIM models to ensure they meet project requirements.
    • Reviewing BIM deliverables and ensuring they are of high quality.
  • BIM Standards and Compliance
    • Developing and implementing BIM standard protocols, and workflows for the project.
    • Ensuring compliance with project-specific BIM Standards and industry best practices.
    • Training project personnel on BIM tools and workflows.
  • Project Support
    • Providing technical support to the project team on BIM-related issues.
    • Assisting with the development and maintenance of BIM content libraries.
    • Preparing and maintaining project documents related to BIM.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Conducting regular BIM coordination meetings to communicate project changes and resolve design issues.
    • Serving as a point of contact for BIM-related queries & issues.
    • Communicating project status and progress to the project team and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • HVAC Design
  • Fire Protection Design
  • Plumbing Design
  • BIM Coordination
  • Strong understanding of BIM Principles & workflows
  • Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM360)
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving & analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • Familiarity with construction processes and regulations
