Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Firm Billing Assistant located in Davao. The Firm Billing Assistant will be responsible for managing client billing, preparing invoices, and ensuring accuracy in billing processes. Day-to-day tasks include processing payments, maintaining billing records, assisting with financial reporting, and addressing client billing inquiries and disputes. Qualifications Experience in client billing, invoicing, and payment processing Proficiency in maintaining billing records and assisting with financial reporting Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes Effective communication and problem-solving skills for addressing client inquiries and disputes High level of proficiency in billing software and accounting tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Industries Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
