Overview

We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer (Meta & Google) to join our team at BruntWork . The ideal candidate will have proven experience running ad campaigns at scale across both lead generation and e-commerce, with strong knowledge of attribution, testing frameworks, and CRM automation. You’ll manage full-funnel strategies, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with creatives to maximize ROI while ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Job Highlights
  • Monthly Rate: USD 1145
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Singapore Time (SGT)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Note: Permanent work-from-home position as an independent contractor; candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are hourly and depend on performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads for both lead generation and e-commerce clients
  • Build and manage full-funnel strategies (prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes, etc.)
  • Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and integrations with GoHighLevel
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI
  • Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and recommend actionable insights
  • Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad copy and creative direction
  • Stay updated with the latest platform policies, targeting options, and best practices
Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing Meta Ads + Google Ads campaigns at scale (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience in both lead generation funnels and e-commerce campaigns
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM (pipeline automation, triggers, tracking)
  • Strong understanding of attribution, tracking (Pixel, CAPI)
  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Solid grasp of testing frameworks (A/B, creative testing, scaling strategies)
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients/accounts at once
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and communication skills
