Role Overview: Develops Brand Plans
  • Extracts and analyzes data trends in the market, using market intelligence data to develop brand and division plans.
  • Formulates brand strategies, sets targets, and develops messaging, promotion plans, programs, and calendars.
  • Supports in crafting the Brand DNA or positioning by understanding target market needs, evaluating product benefits, and conducting competitive reviews.
  • Assists in new product development by coordinating with internal teams from sourcing to launch.
Executes and Monitors Brand Programs
  • Implements marketing programs by designing mechanics, setting targets, formulating contingency plans, aligning with stakeholders, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes.
  • Presents programs to Field Operations and enablers.
Manages Brand Sales and Budget
  • Maintains brand profitability and manages budgets to meet objectives.
  • Monitors sell-in and sell-out sales and market performance.
  • Analyzes forecasts for the brand's long-term growth.
Strengthens Customer Relationships
  • Engages with MDs for brand awareness and retention.
  • Gathers insights from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) on brand perception, customer needs, market trends, and future initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiar with business operations, marketing channels, and analytics.
  • Results-driven, customer-oriented, with excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and analytical skills.
