Repair Associate – Entry Level Location: Bacolod, Negros Occidental Schedule: Shifting Work Setup: Onsite Qualifications: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate Open to Freshers – No prior experience required Willing to work in a shifting schedule Amenable to onsite work in Bacolod Key Responsibilities – Repair Associate (BPO) Diagnose and assess device or equipment issues reported by customers. Guide customers through basic troubleshooting and repair steps. Coordinate repair or replacement services as needed. Document all cases accurately in the system. Follow technical procedures and safety standards. Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently. Work closely with technical teams for escalations and complex repairs.
