Team Leader, Radiologic Technologist – MakatiMed Wellness Center

Job Summary:
The Team Leader is responsible for managing day-to-day operations for the Bone Mineral Densitometry (BMD), General Diagnostics, and Ultrasound services of MakatiMed Wellness Center (MWC). He/She assists the Operations Manager (OM), MWC in planning, directing, and controlling the human, physical, and information resources for these services following local and international radiologic standards.
Duties & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Administrative: Assisting OM, MWC in developing and updating procedures of the unit.
- Service Quality Management: Establishing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with quality and safety measures of the assigned services.
- Customer Service: Recommending preventive and corrective actions related to feedback received.
Qualifications:
- Registered Radiologic Technologist.
- At least five (5) years of experience in General Diagnostics, Ultrasound, and BMD, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
