Overview Lead, Project Risk Management role at GCash ; responsible for managing the project risk assessment process within the Project Risk Management vertical, governing risk recommendations, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring readiness and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Conducts and manages the project risk assessment process for the Project Risk Management vertical. Govern and provide risk recommendations to mitigate identified risk exposures from new initiatives by understanding end-to-end business processes. Drive stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Tech) to ensure fulfillment of committed action items in the resulting PRA conducted. Ensure the product meets business readiness standards and regulatory compliance. Ensure timely reporting of risk exposures from projects and initiatives in relevant mediums (e.g., Councils, BROC) to enable business units to manage risk at the first line of defense.
