Overview

Lead, Project Risk Management role at GCash ; responsible for managing the project risk assessment process within the Project Risk Management vertical, governing risk recommendations, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring readiness and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Conducts and manages the project risk assessment process for the Project Risk Management vertical.
  • Govern and provide risk recommendations to mitigate identified risk exposures from new initiatives by understanding end-to-end business processes.
  • Drive stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Tech) to ensure fulfillment of committed action items in the resulting PRA conducted.
  • Ensure the product meets business readiness standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure timely reporting of risk exposures from projects and initiatives in relevant mediums (e.g., Councils, BROC) to enable business units to manage risk at the first line of defense.
