On-site - Bulacan 1-3 Yrs Exp High/Senior High School Full-time Job Description Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicle electrical systems, focusing on air conditioning units. Perform installation and maintenance of vehicle A/C systems and components. Repair and replace defective wiring, switches, relays, fuses, sensors, and other electrical parts. Conduct performance tests on vehicle A/C systems and recharge refrigerant as needed. Ensure proper maintenance and safety practices are followed during repair activities. Read and interpret electrical and aircon schematics and technical manuals. Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to support comprehensive vehicle servicing. Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and time spent on tasks. Recommend necessary parts replacement and preventive measures to avoid future malfunctions. Qualifications At least High School Graduate or equivalent. Preferably with TESDA NC II or higher certification in Automotive Servicing or Auto Electrical Servicing. Training or certification in Automotive Air Conditioning is a strong advantage. At least 2 years of experience as an auto electrician or vehicle aircon technician. Hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing A/C systems and electrical wiring of vehicles. Familiarity with both light and heavy vehicles is a plus. Good understanding of automotive electrical systems, A/C systems, and diagnostic tools. Physically fit and capable of handling tools and equipment. Can work independently or with minimal supervision.
