- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (required).
- Proven experience in financial planning or advisory services.
- Active licenses (Series 7, Series 66, CFP, or equivalent, depending on jurisdiction) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and present it in an understandable manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High ethical standards and adherence to regulatory compliance.
