Overview

Accounts Payable:

  • Process and code approximately 200 invoices each month. Ensure the correct coding of invoices for financial reporting. Request and reconcile supplier statements. Handle supplier payment inquiries via email. Review bank feed transactions and apply supplier payments to corresponding invoices within the accounting system.
  • Payroll:
  • Manage employee changes in the payroll system (Employment Hero), including new hires, terminations, pay rate adjustments, and office assignments. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related data.
  • HR Admin:
  • Collect and organize HR data for payroll processing. Assist with follow-ups on employee compliance requirements (e.g., criminal record checks). Support general HR administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Payroll experience is essential –
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., Employment Hero) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills for dealing with suppliers and staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of accounts payable processes and bank feed management.
  • This role is ideal for someone with solid payroll experience looking to expand into accounts payable and HR administration.

  • MYOB experience
  • Over 2 years of experience in HR Payroll and Accounts Payable
