Your role
We are looking for Digital Designers to join our dynamic team. In this role, your tasks will include developing attractive designs for various digital channels like social media, company websites, mobile apps, company presentations, marketing initiatives, and other related tasks.

You will primarily collaborate with the marketing team, but may also need to work with the cross-functional team to fully understand the design requirements.

You will ensure that the designs adhere to the company's branding and image. Additionally, you need to translate the requirements into a design that effectively communicates with the target market.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• A keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, and other design tools
• A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative mindset to work with diverse teams
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time
• Open to feedback for continuous improvement
• Experience with web development tools like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS is advantageous
• Video editing skill is a plus
• Quick learner with a passion for staying updated on digital design trends and technologies
• Open to work on a full-time basis
• Amenable to a remote work-set-up
• Must be currently based in the Philippines
