About the Role We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy to clients from birth through age 18 in Aurora, CO . You’ll deliver individualized, goal-driven care that helps children build functional independence in the comfort of their homes. Compensation & Scheduling Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC Full-Time Caseload: 25+ visits per week Flexible Schedule: Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goals Key Responsibilities Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Address fine motor development, sensory integration, self-care, and other functional areas Educate and coach families for consistent home program support Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with home health standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care Why Join Amazing Care?
