Overall Point-of-Contact for all IT related matters for 4tech’s own business and the services provided to clients via the Companies network connections. Because the client is only a small business then this role will include providing technical advice about the best service for a particular client, provisions the services for clients, day to day network management and providing technical support and fault-finding services to clients.

• Looking at the requirements of individual clients and advising what speed of connection is required plus any additional requirements such as dedicated IP address, port forwarding etc.
• Provisioning of services to individual clients using a user friendly web interface to the Bandwidth and Contention controller at the particular site.
• Daily monitor of the network to ensure that it is running smoothly and to identify issues before they affect clients.
• Dealing with calls and emails from Clients who have questions or issues – normally slow internet or trouble connecting certain devices.
• Managing the Companies own Office 365 instance and occasional those of clients.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role, with at least 5 of experience in providing technical support in a professional environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with networking protocols, technologies, and equipment (e.g., TCP/IP, Ethernet, routers, switches).
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including diagnosing hardware failures and software conflicts.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including access controls, encryption, and security protocols.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in Alabang
