Job Title Head of Financial Planning and Analysis Division Finance Department FCA Job Grade 13 Location GT Tower Reporting To Head of Finance Number of Direct Reports 3 Main Purpose Reponsible for all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Provide strategic insights, to drive, and support decision-making processes. Should possess strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior and executive leadership team. Key Accountabilities Lead the financial planning and analysis function , including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision‑making and strategic initiatives. Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Partner with senior and executive leadership team to develop annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets. Monitor and report key performance indicators of the Company to Executive Leadership Team including proposed action items to address current gaps/challenges. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial planning and analysis to ensure compliance and relevance. Stakeholders Internal – CFO, Finance Leadership Team, Senior Leadership team, Executive Leadership Team, International Market Office, AXA Board Experience and Qualifications CPA, Actuarial or Investment designation Has 5 years experience in the insurance industry Proven experience in financial planning and analysis Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial analysis Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable recommendations Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders Please visit for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
