Job Qualification A minimum of 6 months of demonstrated Home Health Coding and OASIS QA experience is required. A current coding certificate is required (e.g., CPC, COC, CRC, CCS, CCS-P, RHIT, HCS-D). An RN, BSN, or other allied healthcare professional degree is required. OASIS or home health QA certification is strongly preferred (e.g., BCHH-C, HCS-O, COQS). Candidates must have knowledge of current Home Health guidelines. Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in professional writing, ability to use Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and ability to speak English proficiently to U.S.-based clients. We require applicants who can commit to full-time work. We will consider only applicants from the Philippines.
