Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products or services that align with their goals. The Sales Consultant will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building relationships, closing sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in a customer-facing or consultative sales environment.
- Previous experience in retail, B2B sales, or service-based industries is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer objections effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge of products or services.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Ability to travel to customer locations
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to meet sales goals or attend events.
