Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in a customer-facing or consultative sales environment.
  • Previous experience in retail, B2B sales, or service-based industries is a plus.
Skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster customer relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer objections effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge of products or services.
