What the day will look like

• Analyze and interpret data and prepare client deliverables
• Prepare consulting presentations and analyses (under direction) geared toward delivering insights to clients on their compensation objectives
• Support associate consultants by “owning the data” and fielding questions about figures or methodology
• Guide simultaneous projects through multiple interim steps, completing work fully and on schedule
• Help maintain and update various databases

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields (Business, Math, Economics, Accounting, Finance, and Statistics) is preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; must be able to identify problems and solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong research, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Aptitude in developing proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
