We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Jr. Supply Chain Manager to handle day-to-day procurement, invoice processing, menu updates, and KPI reporting. The role supports our Supply Chain and Quality Manager and works closely with internal teams across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
Procurement & Purchasing
- Handle non-food procurement for recurring orders and new site deployments
- Place orders and coordinate with suppliers on delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records
Invoice & Financial Administration
- Process incoming invoices and verify against purchase orders
- Route invoices for approval and follow up on discrepancies or delays
Menu Management
- Update and maintain menus across relevant systems and sites
- Coordinate changes with internal stakeholders and ensure accurate implementation
Reporting & KPI Tracking
- Compile and maintain KPI reports on a regular basis
- Flag variances and report to the Supply Chain Manager
Requirements
Must Have
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or a similar operations role
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail, especially for data entry and invoice handling
- Good written English communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Nice to Have
- Experience working with international or multi-site teams
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement software
- Background in food service, retail, or logistics
