Overview
The Resident Engineer is responsible for supervising the mall’s equipment operations to provide the necessary utilities for mall operations. This includes planning and implementing repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and related systems for safe and efficient mall operation. The role also ensures the mall establishment compliance with government and local government unit standards and serves as the assigned Pollution Control Officer of the mall.
Educational Requirement- Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with Professional License in related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management and two (2) years relevant experience in environmental management.
- Preferably has previous designation as PCO.
