Our client is a Part 145 MRO in Philippinesthat primarily supports linemaintenance services for local and regional airlines.
They are currently looking for aDirector in Safety, Quality and Compliance whowill be accountablefor ensuring that maintenanceoperationsand engineering support functions consistently meet local and international aviation safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality benchmarks

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the safety, quality, and compliance strategy aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the Safety and Quality Management Systems (SQMS), ensuring integration with business processes and regulatory frameworks
  • Safety Oversight and Incident Management.
  • Ensure conformance with approvedMaintenance Control Manuals (MCM), Engineering Manuals, and vendor management standards.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Training departments to ensure safety and quality standards are embedded in daily practices.
Job Requirements
  • Extensive progressive experience in aviation technical training, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
    Strong familiarity with PCAR, ICAO Annexes, and FAA/EASA regulatory frameworks.
    Deep understanding of MRO processes, audit procedures, and regulatory compliance.
    Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder and regulator engagement.
    Proficient in using safety and compliance systems such as AMOS, Q-Pulse, or similar platforms
