About the role
AGNP Corporation / Fil Siklos Enterprise' is seeking a talented Credit Investigator / Collector to join our team in Cabuyao City Laguna. As a fulltime Credit Investigator / Collector, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable and credit control processes, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting credit investigations and assessments to evaluate the creditworthiness of clients and potential customers

  • Proactively following up on overdue invoices and managing the collection of outstanding payments

  • Negotiating payment plans and arrangements with customers to resolve delinquent accounts

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all credit and collection activities

  • Collaborating with the finance team to identify and address any issues or discrepancies in the accounts receivable process

  • Providing regular reports and updates on the status of accounts receivable and collection efforts

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to credit and collections

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a credit investigator or collection role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex credit issues

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and persuade customers

  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a good understanding of accounting principles and practices

  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing credit and collections

  • Attention to detail and a proactive, results-oriented approach
