Ecommerce Affiliate Coordinator

We’re Tobio’s, a passion‑driven arts & crafts brand, is looking for a proactive, creative Community & Affiliate Manager to take ownership of our affiliate and creator partnerships from start to finish. You’ll be the bridge between our brand and the community of influencers, affiliates, and UGC creators who represent us across platforms. Manage collaborations from first contact to published content, ensuring smooth communication and quality results. Work directly with creators to refine and elevate the content they produce. Coordinate campaigns across major social channels — including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Support and grow our creator community through guidance, feedback, and engagement. Oversee projects end‑to‑end , ensuring deliverables, deadlines, and goals are met. This is a full‑time role that requires strong social media knowledge, community management, and project management. What We’re Looking For Proven experience building affiliate networks and managing influencer collaborations (negotiations, outreach, etc.). Expert knowledge of affiliate marketing tools and apps (e.g., Modash, Social Snowball, web scrapers). Strong understanding of social media trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Confidence in negotiating deals , giving feedback, and coaching creators on content quality. Highly organized and self‑driven , able to juggle multiple collaborations at once. Genuine passion for community‑building and helping creators thrive.
