About the team: You will join the IONOS Cloud Quality team responsible for ensuring the quality of the IONOS Cloud Platform, one of our most strategic products. This new leadership role offers the opportunity to build a QA team from scratch, shape its culture and processes, and collaborate directly with development and product teams. You will work in a hybrid setup from our Cebu office, with close collaboration across international IONOS teams.

Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and develop a small QA team
  • Design, structure, and execute comprehensive test cases
  • Ensure high test coverage and maintain quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with development teams and product managers
  • Guide and mentor the team in understanding cloud infrastructure and the IONOS platform
  • Conduct regression testing of web applications
  • Perform cross-browser user interface testing
Qualifications
  • International experience in managing teams
  • Proven experience in QA, with a focus on UI testing
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing approaches and tools
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure components
  • Ability to create and manage test plans independently
  • Comfortable working in Linux environments and logging into servers
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Nice to have
  • Experience with automation tools like Selenium or Playwright
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
  • Knowledge of observability tools for debugging and monitoring
  • Previous work on cloud-native platforms or SaaS products
