JOB SUMMARY The MPS Senior Consumables Specialistis responsible forthe monitoring and management of any consumables (supplies and service parts) exceptions that occur daily in the system, with the goal of ensuring that MPS customers receive the right consumables at the right time, in accordancewiththeir contract. They are also responsible for the day-to-day communications necessary to ensure effective and efficient operations in the Managed Print Services business. What sets the Senior Consumables Specialist apart from the regular Consumables Specialist is his/her in-depth knowledge of the process and business, as well asexpertisein technical investigations, whichdeterminewhether a printer may be experiencing issues with their Proactive Consumables Management service or not. This may include the drafting of recommendations to resolve any issue that may be uncovered. Such investigations will make use of the Device Research Tool, among others, and may require coordination with other individuals or groups, who can aid in theissue diagnosis. This specialist is also responsible for the leadership, management, and closure of annual LEAN project(s) for continuous process and operational improvements.The individual directly reports to the Team Lead, while working closely with other Lexmark employees and teams in Cebu, as well as thoseresidingin thegeography,he/she supports (geo operations), including teams who mayresidein the Lexington Headquarters (WW Process Teams, Systems Support, etc.).The specialistis responsible forthe smooth andaccurateexecution of worldwide MPS standard processes for Consumables Management. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Daily management of the alert log to ensure accuracy of alerts Daily analysis and management of MPS Consumables Management Service Requests that fall into exceptions and the resolution of these in accordance to worldwide standard processes and Service Level Agreement (SLA) Accurate andtimelyprocessing of orders requested through various tools or from onsite / customer-facing counterparts/ other MPS teams Daily analysis and management of orders that fall into exceptions and the resolution of these in accordance to worldwide standard processes and Service Level Agreements (SLA) Daily management of returns requested from various MPS teams in Cebu or the geographies supported Weekly quality checks and reporting of consumables management team transactions Generation, analysis, and management of reports using standard tools and practices Report creation and presentation of investigation escalations received, their trends, and common results of investigations to the WW process team Escalation of any system or process issue(s) experienced to the correct support group(s) Creation and completion of continuous improvement projects, which impact team operations, process execution, and/or cost savings Provision ofhigh-qualitytechnical support to Requesters by phone, e-mail, chat, or any other official and available means of communication Up-to-date knowledge of MPS process and system changes thatimpactproactive consumables ordering and other aspects of Consumables Management Investigation and solutions recommendation toescalateissues or concerns using all available resources (Device Research Tool, Siebel, BI4, etc.) Provision ofaccurateinformation and/ortimelyresolution to customer issues; escalates to the WW Key User or Process Analyst for Consumables Management, as applicable COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES CUSTOMER-FOCUS Ability to listen to the customer’s issues and address them through the flawless execution of worldwide standard practices and the use of root-cause analysis Displays a positive attitude to the customer and to the team Able to use all options / resources available to address a customer’s issue / escalation Displays a sense of urgency when processing / addressing customer requests, issues, or escalations Ability to stick to tight schedules and deadlines TECHNICAL SKILLS Intermediate Microsoft (MS) Excel skillsare required Knowledge of the Device Research Tool and its functions Proficiencyin the use of Siebel, Analytics, and SAP Business Objects reporting tool Ability tofacilitate meetings with global teamsusingWebexor Google Proficiencyin other MS Office programs (Word and PowerPoint) isrequired; experience with Visio andPower BIis a plus Ability to type 38-40 words per minute Basic knowledge of and experience with Google applications – Gmail, Hangouts, Drive, Docs, Calendar, etc. is preferred COMMUNICATION SKILLS Competent in the use of different methods of communication: email, chat, telephone, or other official communication tools Conveys information clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, to a global group of teams Listens actively and effectively TEAMWORK Works well with others Motivates and reinforces global teamwork Develops rapport and trust Works to reinforce worldwide process standards Mature and flexible; able to work with different personalities and cultures EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related courses is preferred Experience with computers, printers, and complex tools Basic knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end MPS Consumables Management process Knowledge and experience in other MPS processes is a plus Has a working knowledge of MS Office and Operating Systems Experience with LEAN principles and problem-solving methodologies #J-18808-Ljbffr
