The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products across the full development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and execute test strategies using modern tools and frameworks. Review and analyze system specifications and requirements Design, write, and maintain detailed test cases in TestRail to ensure comprehensive test coverage Execute manual and automated test scripts using Python and Selenium Perform API testing using Postman, including validation of request/response payloads and error handling Log and track issues in JIRA, ensuring clear documentation and reproducibility Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to define and refine test strategies Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing as needed Participate in scrum ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives Conduct post‑release and post‑implementation testing to validate production deployments Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported from production environments Maintain and improve automation test suites to support CI/CD pipelines Share knowledge through peer reviews, documentation, and product demos What We’re Looking For: Qualifications 3+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation) Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes Hands‑on experience with Python and Selenium for automation testing Proficiency in Postman for API testing and validation Experience with TestRail for test case management and coverage tracking Familiarity with JIRA for issue tracking and agile workflows Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with backend testing and automation is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field What We Offer: Innovative Tech Focus : Be part of exciting projects in AI, ERP, CRM, and ITSM transformations.
