BIM Engineer (Architectural and Structural Systems) Job Title: BIM Engineer (Autodesk Revit Specialist) Location: Remote Work Job Type: Full-time, Freelance with Monthly Salary Reports to: Project Engineer Company Overview: We combine BIM technology with system development expertise, focusing on the equipment, mechanical, and electrical sectors, as well as community and urban planning. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit for Architectural and Structural Systems Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper integration and coordination of models across various disciplines. Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and address conflicts in designs. Develop project-specific BIM Execution Plans and follow company BIM standards. Generate construction drawings, schedules, and reports from Revit models. Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards. Assist in developing and implementing BIM workflows, templates, and libraries. Provide technical support and training to project teams on Revit usage and BIM processes. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on BIM-related progress. Support the integration of BIM models with other tools and software for enhanced project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience as a BIM Engineer or similar role. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required. Experience with clash detection software (e.g., Navisworks or similar) is a plus. Strong understanding of BIM standards and processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Dynamo, or other 3D modeling tools). Experience in coordinating large-scale projects.
