Compensation Helpdesk Work Arrangement: Onsite Level: SPE Location: Giga Qualifications: At least 2 years in college, no back subjects/dropped subjects 2+ years’ experience in Sales Compensation Administration with hands-on experience in tools (Anaplan, Callidus/SAP, OIC, Xactly, Salesforce) Proficient in SQL scripting for data extraction Experience with CRM tools and case management Background in Payroll Helpdesk, Comp & Benefits, Finance & Accounting, or HR Shared Services (Captive unit experience preferred) Open to 24/7 shifts and on-call rotation Salary Package: ₱40K – ₱60K (All-in)
