Project Site Location Bacolod City Job Description Attend regular meetings with project managers, consultants and contractors to discuss /resolve technical issues.. Prepare minutes of meeting and ensure distribution to all attendees. Responsible for the execution of the contracts of various contractors and suppliers. Ensure that copy of contracts is in place at the project site office. To make sure that the RLB Quality Management System is fully enforced. Oversee Contractors Quality Control and Safety Programme. Maintain full-time competent staff on site to coordinate the works, and provide proper direction to all staff as well as the contractors and suppliers. Secure shop drawings, material submittal, and request for information from contractors and suppliers for review by the consultants. Ensure that all submittals are approved at the early stage of the project. Monitor milestone events previously established and update schedule. Coordinates with the contractor for recovery plan in case of delay. Prepare regular project reports and ensure timely submission. To take care of orders for long lead materials and equipment necessary for construction of the project. He ensures that the order will be available when needed. To mark-up the drawings of the progress of their works (as-built drawings), and submit the same to the Project Manager. This will help monitor the progress of the construction. Responsible for reviewing the draft O & M (Operations & Maintenance) Manual submitted by contractors, at least one (1) months in advance of completion, for submission to the Project Manager. Final O & M Manuals should be submitted at the completion of the project. To review defects list submitted and makes sure that the action plans in fixing/amending these defects are carried out successfully in a given timelines so it would not affect the turnover of the project. Prepares Quality Control tools and programme and QCP 101 has been approved at the early start of the project. Supervises testing and commissioning of all utilities. Maintains a fully detailed Project Logbook. Keep accurate register of drawings for all Trades. Job Qualifications Graduate of BS Civil Engineering with PRC License Minimum of 10 years experience Knowledgeable in project/construction management Proficient in planning softwares (i.e. Primavera, MS Project) Proficient in design softwares (i.e. AutoCAD, Revit) Has experience in mid-rise and/or high rise buildings #J-18808-Ljbffr
