About the Role: The Role and Team details are described for a Commercial Operations Application Associate to join the team in Manila, Philippines. Grade Level: 8 (Internal Use).

The Client Operations team is the primary touchpoint for our clients and is the “face” of the company. The Commercial Operations team combines diverse skills across locations with a customer-focused, results-oriented approach. Responsibilities

• Develop financial models / Product Services on website/Office products for internal/external clients to support routine workflow and analysis.
• Provide proactive suggestions regarding product usability, presentation, and data quality.
• Be the primary point of contact for delivering critical research and value-added knowledge to a diverse client base at financial institutions, government organizations and universities.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Economics. Candidates pursuing CFA is a plus.
• Intermediate to Advanced level of MS Excel proficiency is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of other MS Office products and databases is a plus.
• Good understanding of accounting standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• VBA knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM applications is a plus.
