On-site - Quezon City 3-5 Yrs Exp Bachelor Contract Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Engineer/Consultant to join our SAP SuccessFactors Modernization Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Japanese language skill is optional but will be considered a strong advantage when working with Japanese counterparts or documentation. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and implement SAP BTP applications and integration related to SAP SuccessFactors. Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless integration. Support modernization by migrating or optimizing existing SAP BTP functions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BTP services and components. Perform technical documentation, testing, and participate in code reviews. Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and Japanese counterparts. Qualifications: Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration. Strong understanding of SAP Cloud Integration and BTP. Ability to work collaboratively within agile or waterfall project teams. Japanese language skill is an advantage but not required.
