What You’ll Do As a Creative Romance Writer, you’ll transform provided premises into full, captivating romance novels writing a minimum of 7 books per month . You’ll infuse creativity, emotional depth, and heart into every story while leveraging AI to streamline the process. Your key responsibilities: Write Complete Novels: Take a given premise and expand it into polished, 50,000-80,000-word romance books with strong character arcs, emotional tension, and satisfying resolutions. Use AI Creatively: Collaborate with AI tools (provided by us) to generate drafts, refine dialogue, build scenes, and enhance pacing, while adding your unique voice and creative flair. Ensure Quality & Alignment: Deliver stories that align with our uplifting vision, free of plot holes, with consistent character development and reader-gripping romance. Meet Deadlines: Produce high-volume output in a fast-paced environment, iterating quickly based on light feedback to hit monthly targets.
