Job Description Technical guidance and oversight to cross-functional teams , driving the development of innovative solutions that meet business needs Spearhead the development of software applications in proprietary Siemens Teamcenter and .NET environments , leveraging expertise in software design patterns , principles , and best practices Develop and execute strategic release plans , aligning with business objectives and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products Lead the analysis and resolution of complex technical issues , utilizing expertise in debugging , troubleshooting , and problem-solving methodologies Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements , developing a deep understanding of business needs and technical capabilities Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies , tools , and trends that can drive business value and improve software development processes Develop, implement, and maintain technical standards , guidelines , and best practices for software development , ensuring consistency and quality across the organization Mentor senior engineers and technical teams , sharing knowledge , expertise , and best practices to promote technical growth and excellence Your Profile Bachelor or Master in Science , Engineering , IT or equivalent Min 5 years of experience in software development lifecycle and application management lifecycle Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent communication skills and well-versed in English (written and spoken) with global counterparts Track record of understanding and applying fundamental design principles for a scalable application and infrastructure #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
