DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Possesses complete knowledge and understanding of the company system.
• Ability to work and follow company SOP.
• Inspects and documents daily received items of the branch.
• Inspect and physically document daily delivery of items to avoid delayed transactions and to detect lost packages.
• Inspect transactions to determine if branches violated J&T Express SOP.
• Checks and investigates cases regularly.
• Coordinate with Customer Service about their concerns and provide complete and accurate information based on J&T SOP.
• Propose recommendations for enhancement of company SOP.
• Monitors regional/area QC performance and daily reports.
• Communicate with all the QCs from different regions.
• Analyst data and provide an improvement plan.
• Manage, improve, and help with pushing the teamwork.
• Communicate with other teams to solve problems.
