What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Work as an active member of the Project Delivery Team to configure MES solutions for our customers. Analyze and understand customer processes to ensure all project deliverables are met. Participate directly in the configuration, testing, and computer system validation (CSV) of the MES system. Follow the project plan and workflow, adhering to deadlines set by the Program Manager. Engage with customers at project meetings and take responsibility for following up on actions and issues. Operate within our ISO 9001 approved systems engineering methodology. What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications) A recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic), Information Technology, agricultural science/business, or a related field with sufficient IT experience. Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to review data, articulate, and resolve complex problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be clear, articulate, and adapt to an audience. Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills. A strong customer service orientation with the goal of meeting customer needs and becoming a trusted advisor. The ability to comprehend technical information related to computer software, computer, and network hardware. Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint). A quality‑focused individual with a high sense of integrity. Desired Technical Skills & Experience (Preferred) Database: Knowledge of SQL Databases and Microsoft SQL Management Studio. Good knowledge of T‑SQL, including Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, and Triggers. Data: Knowledge of Data Analysis and Data Historians. Ability to diagnose and address operational data issues. Industry & Project: Industry knowledge in manufacturing, food and beverage processing, or pharmaceutical. A base knowledge of or strong interest in manufacturing processes and automation. Experience in software project delivery within process‑oriented environments. Other Skills: Good documentation and validation skills. Experience with Version Control, specifically GIT.
